1. Order Cancellation Before Shipping
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellations are not possible. If you wish to cancel an order that has already been shipped, you must wait for delivery and proceed via the returns process described below.
2. Consumer Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer within the European Union, you have a statutory right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.

c. Effects of Withdrawal
Upon withdrawal:

We will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery charges (except for supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered).
